Here are the four easy steps to connect you at no charge to your Senators and congressional representatives:

1. Fill out the form
All you need to do to get started is to fill out the form on the right. We’ll use the information provided to identify your Senators and members of Congress.

2. Click to call
After you fill out the form, identify the Senator or member of Congress you wish to call and click the “Call Now” button. Then, we’ll call you at the number provided and connect you directly with your Senator or Representative's office, for FREE.

3. Ask your Senator or Representative to protect FSAs
Once connected to your Senator or Representative’s office, ask them to protect FSAs. There will be specific talking points on the screen available for your use.

4. Report back
Once your call is completed, please share through the online form with whom you spoke and what they said.
