Senator Sanders will introduce full single-payer legislation (S. 703), and a provision allowing states to create their own single-payer systems, as an amendment to the Senate health bill.

Also, Rep. Kucinich is trying to get his amendment to allow states to create single-payer systems back into the House bill.
